At AGENTIC VISION LTD (trading as VidComply), we are committed to safeguarding the privacy and security of the data entrusted to us. We fully comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR.

1. Data Processing and AI Training Restriction

We process Personal Data strictly to provide our automated compliance verification services.

Strict AI Boundary: We do not use our clients' Personal Data, including uploaded video or audio content, to train, retrain, or improve our base Artificial Intelligence (AI) or Machine Learning (ML) models. We explicitly prohibit our sub-processors from doing so.

2. Enterprise-Grade Security Measures

We implement rigorous technical and organisational measures to ensure a secure processing environment:

  • Data Isolation: Client data is processed using logically isolated cloud storage and dedicated computing instances.
  • Encryption: Assets and reports are encrypted at rest using AES-256. All connections in transit utilise secure protocols (TLS 1.2+).
  • Access Control: User access requires Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and secure identity management.

3. International Data Transfers and Sub-processors

To provide and enhance our services, we partner with industry-leading, SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliant sub-processors. We utilise the following categories of service providers, ensuring appropriate safeguards are in place for any international data transfers:

  • Cloud Infrastructure Providers: For secure, isolated data storage and core computing resources.
  • Identity Management Providers: For secure authentication and access control.
  • Enterprise AI & API Partners: Utilised for optional, advanced processing tasks such as natural language processing, metadata extraction, translation, and advanced content analysis.

4. Data Subject Rights & Incident Management

We support our clients in fulfilling their obligations regarding Data Subject rights under the GDPR. In the event of a Personal Data breach, we will notify the Controller without undue delay and, in any event, within 72 hours.
